		<description>This does count as power loss, if you have applications open and services running, which we know vista will most certainly be doing.

I honsetly dont use the sleep / Hibernate functions. I just shut down and boot up it is just as fast.</description>

Sounds good, but my Dell notebookblue screens a fair bit, particualrly after sleep/hibernation.  Does that count as power loss?
